Horowasan was a ski area in Omori Town, now part of Yokote City, in the southern region of Akita Prefecture. There isn't much information available about Horowasan - it is one of those ski areas that, for whatever reason, was almost never mentioned in ski guidebooks.

  • Horowasan was a ski area in what used to be Omori Town 大森町

  • Horowasan was one of those mystery ski areas that were very rarely featured in guidebooks
