Sannai was a ski area in Sannai Village, now part of Yokote City, in the southern region of Akita Prefecture. It had two rope tow lifts, both of which were free to use. It is not clear when the ski area opened and closed.

Further Information

  • This ski area was located in Sannai Village 山内村
     
  • Sannai Village was abolished when it became part of Yokote City 横手市 in October 2005
     
  • It seems it was used mainly for school lessons (the Sanno Elementary School is nearby) and locals
     
  • There were two rope tow lifts
     
  • The lifts were free to use
