Higashimeya was a small ski area less than 15km west of central Hirosaki City in Aomori Prefecture. Higashimeya was the name of the village until it became part of Hirosaki in 1955. There was one rope tow lift and night skiing. Higashimeya closed somewhere between 2013 and 2020.
